5. Service Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by service type:

• Audit Services: 3-7 business days
• Content Services: 5-14 business days
• Technical SEO: 7-21 business days
• Full Campaigns: 30+ days as specified

Vendors must communicate any delays promptly.

6. Quality Standards & Disputes

• Vendors must meet our quality guidelines
• Buyers may request revisions within 7 days of delivery
• Disputes are mediated through our resolution system
• Refunds are processed based on service agreement terms

7. Fees & Commissions

SEO9ine charges:

• Service fee from buyers (transparently displayed)
• Commission from vendors on successful transactions

8. Intellectual Property

• Delivered SEO work belongs to the buyer upon full payment
